Chicken Rice


Last weekend,I happened to pass by Block 69,Geylang Road.As I was famished after my NPCC training,my willpower decreased at an alarming rate after being attracted to the delicious aroma when i walked past the coffeeshop.


The aroma runs through my mind,i could not bear with itanymore so i wasted no time in ordering a plate if mouth-watering chicken rice.Although it looks like a normal plate of chicken rice,the rice was suprisingly smooth as silk.The first mouthful of rice makes me crave for more.I took my own sweet time to savour the chicken,ignoring what is happening around as i was too absorbed in this proess.Through I has experienced different types and uncountable plates of chicken rice in various countriesthis plate of chicken rice has proven itself it to be the best amongst all the others.


If conditions and time permits,i would definitely revist the stall again.The price is a bit unreasonable but a scrumptious plate of chicken rice is hard to come by.In a nutshell,the pros outweigh all the cons stated in this food review.

    the rice was well described. With your analogy (smooth as silk), I could almost imagine the smoothness of the rice making its way down my throat. You might want to elaborate on the chicken and how well it complements the rice (or vice versa).
