Experience Australia's food with my words....

This mouth watering and nature's best gift is my favorite food...

When I look at this dish i see the w0rk of an expert as the oysters are covered with a special homemade sauce which does not cover the oyster's unique taste but adds some spice in to it.
The oysters are resting on a perfectly made Caesar salad which adds some nature in to it.

The aroma of the baked oysters are in harmony with the jazz of the lemons that somehow tried to pull out my nose and take control of it.The Sound is even better as the clacking of the shells turned the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant,to a lively place to eat in.

The irregular surface and texture of the shells remind me of the beach whilst the light and fluffy felling of the salad gave me a windy breeze as if it was right off from the beach,the lemons somehow had a different feel than others as it felt creamy and moist like melted cheese.

It's grace and beautiful postures made it unbearable to be eaten but as my taste buds could not hold longer,i took a bite and it sent me off in to a spiraling chain of events that took place in my mouth.First,it was the QQ feeling of the meat that tempered with my tongue and then it was the special homemade sauce which made me wanting for more...After that, the lemon's jazz and the Caesar salad gave that exiting feeling and slow descend and made me want to start it all over again.

And that is my conclusion of my favorite food ...I would definitely go back again
but,it would cost me quite a lot of $$ just to taste this food....
Overall i gave this dish a 99% mark(the is always room for improvement)
